No promises
Using this site doesn't create a contract. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, results, or hiring outcomes. Any service commitments happen only in a signed sales agreement.
Assessments
You may be sent here by a company to take or review an assessment.
- We don't ask for or collect your name, email, or similar details.
- You access via a private link. No account is created.
- We keep the answers, scores, and session data to improve and calibrate our system. They don't include personal identifiers.
Your responsibilities
- Don't break the law, attack the site, or try to copy, redistribute, or cheat on challenges.
- Don't use results to discriminate or do anything unlawful.
Our IP
All challenges, codebases, and tools are ours. You can use them to take or review assessments - nothing more.
Disputes & law
These Terms follow Alberta, Canada law. If needed, disputes happen there.
