Assessment takers/reviewers: We don't ask for personal info. No names, no emails. You access through a private link.

Site visitors: We use basic cookies on the assessment app for security and functionality. The marketing site doesn't use cookies.

Waitlist: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email so we can contact you later.

What we keep

Assessment answers, scores, and sessions (no direct identifiers) are stored indefinitely to calibrate and improve the system.

Waitlist emails are stored until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them.

Minimal technical logs are kept for security.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with cloud providers in the Americas.

Who we share with

• The company that assigned you the assessment.
• Service providers who help us run the platform.

We don't sell personal information.

Your rights

If you think you accidentally included personal info in an answer and want it removed, email us at support@lunoh.com with details.
